The INTEGREX advanced Multi-Tasking machines deliver maximum versatility and throughput for small to large complex parts. They combine the capabilities of a high-powered turning center and full-function machining center to produce parts in single setups. The I-300S machine features a second spindle for DONE IN ONE machining. The I-200 features a tailstock for turning/machining longer parts.
Additionally, the machines bring dramatic reductions in lead-time and improve part accuracy through the elimination of multiple setups. With full 5-axis capability, the machines easily process difficult parts from solid blocks or castings (chucked or bar fed work), as well as round parts.
